- Bartlett Braeburn and Rits councils ready for first meeting by next week
AUS social science event - 5 mins
- Room to either be in event space or the ground floor vantage room
- However, the vantage room this might be difficult to book
- Event space can only be used after 7pm
- Date was planned for November 1st but would conflict with Halloween parties
- Other date to be planned

- Reimbursement forms to now be filed in the OCRA mailbox
- Last date to collect reimbursements during term 1 is November 29th

- Everything has been ordered (garbage bags, tablecloths, beverage form)
- Pumpkins have been delivered
- Halloween decorations need to be found
