  • Bartlett has ~6 floor rep candidates
    • Bartlett to to have VP exec
  • Rits has ~8 floor rep candidates

  • OCRA exec position has ~5 candidates

  • All councils will have meetings by the Week of October 16
Halloween Event - 20 mins
  • Pumpkin carving to be done by OCRA internal, (pumpkins too expensive for all councils)
    • Pumpkin budget <$150
  • Other Halloween events by house councils were discussed but dismissed
    • However this might be difficult given house councils only recently formed
    • Decided on having OCRA internal event with help from house councils (not mandatory)
  • Halloween event proposed on Oct 24 (Thursday) (priority) or Oct 27 (Sunday) (backup)
  • Planned start time at 8:00pm in room beside open kitchen
  • Planned to get a beverage order and to have movie/music

  • Holiday events planned to be handled by both OCRA and house councils
  • Rits plans to have a residence cleanliness event as well as a door decoration/winter event

  5. OCRA exes (not house presidents) to attend 7pm meeting with RAs
  6. Everyone to read over some pages (in Section 3.) of the residence contract to bring up
