• We do not have permission for Calendar (external sponsor) to booth
  • They would have managed the giveaway
  • Cannot provide any external advertisements
• Chairs to be taken from 2118A room for booth
• Taking free drinks from Open Kitchen, form needs to be filled out by tomorrow
  • Lemonade, Tea, Coffee, Hot chocolate, Iced Tea offered
  • Up to 100 cups of each
• Council to setup starting at 4pm
• In case of rain, large tents are available
  • Also will have room 2118 booked (4:00-7:30)pm as backup

• Budget was reworked and is to be revoted
• Proposed to combine health-wellness and sustainability events into 1 and merge that with spring carnival
• Vote passed unanimously

• Discussed that boba/item only events would generally not be recommended
  • Still got 2 boba events
  • Although will be allowed to go through with the event, discussed that we discourage this and recommend alternatives
• No more proposals until October which will be when house councils are formed

• OCRA exec position received ~40 applicants
• Ritsumeikan received ~10 started applications
• ~20 applications for Bartlett position
• ~20 applications for Braeburn (estimate)
  • Booth location was not optimal however
  • Near the lounge/laundry area might be better
• Overall very successful with awareness
  • Maximum of 6 floor reps each for Braeburn/Bartlett along with 1 exec (vice president)
  • Ritz does not have a defined limit (not in constitution)
• Recommended to host intro sessions for floor reps applicants to narrow down along with interviews for exec position
