• Combine Health wellness and sustainability roles
  • Either we have 2 with both roles one just one role
  • Two people for one roles could be redundant
  • However combining roles allows for two people to collaborate
• Vote to have 1 first year on council pending on Callum

• All items in OCRA inventory have been put on a google doc available at link
• Items from different residences could be shared
  • Discussed at RHA training
  • Use the digitized system to allow for tracking
  • Include an item condition column/before to track item damage
• Vote for equipment sharing passed unanimously

• Return from Exchange council
• If it cannot be repaired replacement (new) should be found
  • New Nostalgia brand cotton candy machines available between $50-70

• House presidents prepare posters and Qualtrics forms for floor rep signups
• Use First + Last names room number and student number to verify
• Include cutoff date at September 30
• Potential draft submission date: September 13 for approval and Monday printing
• Delete all student numbers
• Posters should be up by September 16
• Posters should be 1 per floor including commons block (2 per ritz floor)
• Signatures for floor rep applications
  • Could provide proof of engagement
  • However could alienate others
  • Alternative could be for application questions to determine interest

• Either hold RA pitches in OCRA meetings or delegate to house councils
  • OCRA would be more centralized and easy to track
  • Will be potentially easier to reject/request reworks for pitches
  • However, will take up 15/20 mins of each meeting and may not be possible with many RA pitches
• Note that 40 RAs must have 4 events per year along with small group events
• Earliest RA pitch date on September 26
• Add tax adjustment for RA budgets

• OCRA Kickoff event
  • Proposed collaboration with TPRA and PVRA
  • If collaboration goes through, it might shift the focus of the event
  • Council decided to keep event in OCRA
• Planned date on September 27 starting ~5:00pm for at most 2 hours (4:00 pm setup time)
• Planned:
  • Outdoor games (Soccer, Frisbee, Spike ball, Cornhole, Tug of war, Badminton)
  • Henna done by (Sumeet, Khushi)
  • Cotton candy
  • Interpersonal Games (Human knot) (requires program runner)
  • OCRA hoodie worn and free members make conversation and talk about OCRA
