RA Pitch - 20 min

- For Lower Braeburn small team event this semester
- To be hosted on March 13 in event space
- Expected turnout of 70-100 residents
- Saint Patrick's day event
- Larger scale event with props, cookie decorating and competitions
- Different budgets maintain items but change the quantity
- Gold funding: $650, Silver: $495, Bronze: $395
- All requests above what could be allocated
- So could only give $250 ($50 given from Bartlett)
Election - 18 min
- March 9th is last day for applications with 2 days for candidate vetting by RLMs
- Interviews would be done on the 12th
- Then March 13 will be all nominees meeting which will be combined with AGM
- Council meeting to be from 7:00-8:00pm in room 2118
- Callum suggested to move back deadlines by 2 days
- However, council voted to keep the deadline as March 9
Carnival - x min
- Carnival planned on March 21st from 4:00-7:00pm to align with bouncy castle
- Planners to be there from at least 3:00 for setup
- Callum can contact UBC A Capella and grunge groups and can re-book UBC jazz to be booked in shifts to have music for the whole event runtime
- Will not be using a stage for performance
