  • Pricing: Bronze $75, Silver: $125, Gold: $175
  • Funding involves wax, wicks, oils tea and snacks in varying amounts
  • Gold tier includes a melting pot for wax melting (potential long term investment)
• Noted that tea could be taken from the dining hall
• Voted on Silver/Gold Tier ($155) reducing budget for snacks/tea (still including melting pot for purchase)

• Callum proposed dinner with OCRA and RAs
• Meal could be prepared in Kitchen in Bartlett treehouse lounge

• Budget was reallocated to take last semester surpluses to give towards OCRA internal fees
• Updated budget was approved by the councils

• Even with class conflicts resolved, there still are conflicts with other extracurriculars
• So 3:45-4:45 Wednesdays does not work
• Only weekend meetings might work (either virtual or in person)

• Would look through roots on the roof to search for musicians for the spring carnival
• Don't require payment for the music search
• Want music for ~2 hours during the event to we either have multiple artists or a single 2 hour set
• This will be for the second phase (after games)
• Former is preferred for variety (unpopular artist for 2 hours is not desired)
• Potentially could use steps instead of renting a stage although it might replace some seating
• Will also have a UBC drug testing club have a booth at the event

• Only one poster can be placed per area
• Will instead have a dedicated space for candidates to place posters
