  • Will be held in both 2118 and 2118A
  • Held on January 7th
  • Aimed for ~90 residents
  • Funding options for pots and plants:
    1. Gold: $137
    2. Silver: $88
    3. Bronze: $44
  • Unanimously voted for Silver funding

• Callum will be attending RBC PCRH conference`
• Up to $800 is required for this
• Most will come from OCRA internal but some is still allocated for Carnival and next year ($500)
• Can be accomplished from reallocating $50 from each house council
• Reallocation was approved by all house presidents

• Seth has agreed to split his honorarium giving each exec member (~$100) 🤑

• Band playlist has been confirmed
• Lighting will be bought and brought since house lights are too bright
• Will also purchase extension cord for electric items
  • 50ft (15.24m) approved for purchase ($24)
• Will also encourage council members to bring lamps to maximize brightness
• Approved allocation of $40 for food (Costco)
• Final budget comes out to ~$180

• Planned a Superbowl event in Event space (February 9th)
• Since the event is on Sunday, event space can be booked by 4:30
• Will also allow residents to pitch and provide feedback for a portion of the council meetings
